Since our salsa topping is a perishable product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order—like receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a shipping error—we’re here to make it right.
Please reach out to us at forgetketchup@topthis.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
We’ll work quickly to find a solution—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
