Since our salsa topping is a perishable product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order—like receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a shipping error—we’re here to make it right.
Please reach out to us at forgetketchup@topthis.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
We’ll work quickly to find a solution—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please note that each jar you receive will have a “Made Fresh On” date. Unopened, the sauce will last up to 12 months from the date listed on the jar when stored in a cool, dry place. After opening, we recommend enjoying the sauce within 14 days for best quality.
